What are the rates for coaching and therapy?

The hourly rate for coaching and therapy sessions for individuals is € 95,- (incl. btw/VAT).

Are coaching and therapy covered by health insurance providers?

Sessions are covered by health insurance providers where hypnotherapy is included in the coverage. Please check with your provider whether this is the case and mention that Mindspring is a member of the Nederlandse Beroepsvereniging voor Hypnotherapeuten (NBVH; Dutch Professional Society for Hypnotherapists).

How many sessions will be necessary?

Depending on the problem or issues, a therapy or coaching process generally takes three to eight sessions.

Is there a waiting list?

At the moment the waiting list for an intake interview is circa 2 months.

Which time slots are available for sessions?

Mindspring is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All session are by appointment only. The earliest possible session starts at 10:00 AM, the latest at 7:00 PM.

What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?

Coaching generally deals with study, work or career issues and achieving a future goal in these areas. Therapy revolves around processing past negative experiences and achieving personal happiness, health and love.

Which methods will be applied?

The primary methods used are Hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, Neurosemantics and Solution focused coaching. We’ll decide together which will be the most suitable method.

What is the difference between a hypnotherapist and a hypnotist?

A hypnotist controls you, while a hypnotherapist helps you to get in touch with your unconscious.

Can everyone be hypnotized?

Almost everyone is able to go into a certain hypnotic trance. Generally this trance is deep enough to solve the problem and achieve the set goal.

Will I be conscious during the hypnosis?

Yes, you will remain conscious during hypnosis, while still getting in touch with your unconscious.

Is EMDR only applied for traumas?

EMDR is mainly used for the processing of traumas, but not solely. It can also be applied to treat phobias, addictions and pain.
